Policy for Cancellation or Transfer of Your Registration
Refund of 75% if you give more than 21 days notice of cancellation in writing or email – your cancellation is not valid until you receive a confirmation email from us $20 charge to transfer to a different date/workshop IF you give more than 21 days notice requesting the transfer – your transfer is not valid until you receive a confirmation email from us No refund or transfer to another workshop if you give less than 21 days notice, regardless of circumstances However, you can transfer your place in a workshop to another person - no need to notify us beforehand, just ask the person to tell us they are taking your place when they arrive Where you can attend for only part of the workshop, it is not possible to transfer the remaining part to another person This cancellation policy is non-negotiable. We appreciate that personal and external circumstances can prevent attendance, but the logistics of workshop management prevent us from taking financial responsibility for such difficulties
Policy for Cancellation of workshop
We reserve the right to cancel the workshop if there are insufficient registrations Except in an emergency (such as sudden incapacitation of presenter), cancellations will be notified at least 14 days before the scheduled date If the workshop is cancelled then all monies will be fully refunded Please contact Joyce if you wish to check, before booking travel, that the workshop is likely to run
